Removal of field in Document type editor is immediately effective in a Document Editor for that type, before the removal is committed

    Description

      Reproduction path:

      • Add a new optional field for a document type and commit the type
      • Open document of that type and fill in some data for the field
      • Edit the document type and remove the previously added field again, but NOT yet commit this change
      • Close and view or reopen again the previous document: the added field already isn't rendered anymore
