    Description

      The datefield plugin ignores the locale and always uses the English format.

      Reproduction path:
      1. go to the cms, choose the "Dutch" language and login
      2. edit a news items

      observed:
      The format is for example 5/7/2010

      expected:
      The format is 7-5-2010
