Generic IFrame Perspective

I need a generic IFrame Perspective Plugin to integrate with external web application in CMS Frontend.
The IFrame Perspective plugin should keep the navigation states of the iframe so that the user doesn't need to re-navigate to sub pages. That is, when a user selects other plugin and returns the iframe plugin back, the iframe should display the last visited page of the user.
Also, the iframe should resize it automatically based on window size.
Furthermore, cms frontend should be able to contain multiple Generic IFrame Perspective to integrate with multiple external webapps, so each one should be easily configured.
