Retain browser state of perspectives when switching

The perspectives and editors in the cms are currently re-rendered by wicket when switching perspectives or tabs, respectively. This causes unnecessary network and rendering overhead.
Machines are powerful enough to keep the complete dom in memory, with all perspectives and editors. Hide and show dom elements only, don't redraw.
