Translations - Change folder type name

    Description

      Currently we have two folder types
      1. non-translated folder - as the name says it is a folder to maintain general documents (not related to any language)
      2. Folder - Folder to maintain language related docments

      Issue - For end user its confusing. If we name the second folder type to "Translated folder" it is more meaningful.
