Regression: In Safari, Translated option is not shown in the context menu of the newly created root folder

Environment: CMS version :- 7.9.0; using archetype 1.9.0
Root pom overrides:
<hippo.hst.version>2.28.03</hippo.hst.version>
<hippo.repository.version>2.26.03</hippo.repository.version>
<hippo.cms.version>2.26.03</hippo.cms.version>
<hippo.addon-channel-manager.version>2.26.01</hippo.addon-channel-manager.version>

The steps to reproduce the issue:-
1. Log on to the CMS as admin.
2. In the document perspective click on "Add root folder" that you find below the folder tree.
3. From the type dropdown select "folder" and select Dutch in the language dropdown. Give the folder the name "mijnhippoproject" (which is Dutch for “myhippoproject”).
4. From the menu under the Dutch "mijnhippoproject" folder select "translations".
Expected - User should be able to see the translations options
Actual - Translation option is not shown

Note - This happened during training, occurred in FF 30 & Safari 7, works fine in chrome. Though I am not able to reproduce the issue, I created this issue because the reproduction path is clear and no ambiguity in reporting the issue.
