Regarding (de)publication requests, we do store type ('rejected', 'publish', 'depublish', 'scheduledpublish', 'scheduleddepublish', 'delete', 'collection', 'scheduledpublishdepublish'), reason, reqDate, username, creationDate however this information is deleted when the request is accepted.
This information is important for lifecycle of the document and audits for the customers in government or financial services.
therefore, we will improve the storage model to store this information permanently.
