[Investigation]Support required fields with custom validations in Experience Manager

As an editor, when I create a document with required fields or fields with custom validations, I want to see all these fields in the experience manager, so that I don’t have to save the document as draft and end up a component without preview

Aim is not to show draft documents in experience manager. Rather than that we will aim for supporting the fields with custom validation so that the user doesn't have to save the document as draft and continue editing in experience manager later which creates confusion when they need to go back to experience manager but not able to see "edit document" overlay even if the document is assigned to component.

There is also a bug reported related to this. We would like this bug to be solved as well within the scope - CMS-15453
