Show the type and ID of document currently being edited

When editing a document in the Content Perspective, the type of document being edited should be available to user. 

Where to find: Content Perspective -> Select a Document -> Document ->Info 

Requirements: 

Add document type info to "Info" in document menu under Repository path as

"Document type:"
"Document ID:" (UUID)
"Experience Page:" (Yes, No - Boolean)
