Show UUID of handle node in Info dialog

Improvement request to show the document id (handle uuid) in the org.hippoecm.frontend.editor.workflow.dialog.DocumentMetadataDialog dialog. Also make it better extendible to add key/values easily by extension in a protected method.
Optionally with a link to directly open it in the console.

As a user with cms/console rights i would like to see the uuid of the document handle in cms. I need this information for jump inside cms/console with ctrl+o direct to this node.

Even better is a link direct to the node in the cms/console. Also a possible solution is to provide a listener for extending the parameter metaDataList in DocumentMetadataDialog:110. Then i can implement my own stuff.

I think the DocumentMetadataDialog is a right place for the handle uuid.
