Fix read-only field in a document type so that it is not editable by editors and authors in experience manager

As a developer, if I make a field in a document type "read-only", I want that field to be read only(not editable) in both content perspective and experience manager so that editors and authors cannot edit that field.

Reproduction:

The elements can not be made read only on the experience manager edit button.

1. Edited the banner document type and added a text field(screenshot attached)
2. Made the textbox read only with mode property(Screenshot attached)
3. Now in the CMS it is read only (I added Testing Read only before adding the mode attribute)(Screenshot attached)
4. But in the experience manager it is editable(Screenshot Added)

Current behaviour : View only in content perspective but editable in channel manager.

Expected behaviour:  View only in both content perspective and channel manager.

Requirement:
The "read only" document field should be read only in both content perspective and experience manager.
