Authors can see and click Restore button

    Description

      Scenario:

      1. In EM for Experience Page create  version1 and version2 by author A.
      2. Note that version 2 is the latest version and the document is locked by author A.
      3. Login with author B.

      Problem: both authors can click restore button

      Expected result: authors do not see restore button.

      In the revision TAB of the content perspective authors can also see (and click) this button. However, clicking the button results in a server-side error because authors are not allowed to restore versions according to SCXML.
