User cannot add a component to 'hst.nomarkup' container in CM

    Description

      Scenario for HAP:

      1. For '/hst:hap/hst:configurations/hap/hst:workspace/hst:containers/homepage/main' set hst.xtype to hst.nomarkup.
      2. Go to Hippo Acceptance Project channel and add Banner component to the Home page main container.

      Expected behavior: Banner is added.

      Current result: user cannot drop the Banner.
