SPA is broken in the CM when container type is hst.nomarkup

    Description

      Reproduction Path
      1) go to the CMS console;
      2) got to `/hst:hap/hst:configurations/spa-react-csr/hst:workspace/hst:containers/homepage/main`;
      3) change `hst:xtype` to `hst.nomarkup`;
      4) go to the `React CSR` channel.

      Actual:
      The channel toolbar is not initialized.

      Expected:
      The channel should be fully functional.
