    Description

      CMS-12332 removed the functionality from the ConcurrentLoginFilter, but left the (now NOOP) class still available for backwards compatibility (it is referenced in all cms web.xml).

      For v15 we will drop this class althogether, with the additional upgrade instructions to remove the usage from the cms web.xml.
