    Description

      The ConcurrentLoginFilter really doesn't add practical/functional value and often causes confusion and unexpected 'behavior'.

      Lets just remove it for the next major release.

      For BC we can/need to keep it still for v14.x, but can nullify (noop) its implementation instead.
