Add visual hints and possibility to drop component on top or between other components

    Description

      Currently dropped component goes to the bottom of the component stack, and second step is necessary to drag component to the desired place.
      There is a related issue about "scrolling into view": CHANNELMGR-471 but this would be (additional) improvement.
