Inserting component before/after another component is not working with the Page Model API

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to React CSR SPA channel

      2. Open the components side tab

      3. Select a component (e.g. News list)

      4. Add it after the first banner

      Expected result:

      The component (News list) is added in between the two banners.

      Actual result:

      The component (News list) was added at the bottom.
