Remove option "Take offline all in folder"

When user selects "Take offline all in folder" from the list of available options on a folder, it does not prompt showing if there are any documents in the list that are referenced somewhere else. While that works fine when user "Take Offline" a single document and from the advanced search perspective "Perform Action -> Take offline" action.

Remove the option "Take offline all in folder" from the folder options in the content perspective.
