Implement shared required validators

Implement ValidationService.getRequiredValidator() and the storage of these validators. May need to move the configuration of normal field validators. Reimplement all existing internal validators as such a new validator. Keep each validator next to the module that defines the type that gets validated (e.g. keep the new image-references validator in the gallerypicker plugin). Remove existing usage of hipposysedit:cascadevalidation.
