Document type editor must add the correct required validators

When checking the "Required" checkbox for a field in the document type editor, in some cases two validators are added for that field, "required" and "non-empty". In the new setup the "non-empty" one is not necessary anymore.

Check all the fieldtypes for this: I think for resource fields the "resource-required"  validator can just be the "required" validator.
