Document icon is not updated after a core document has been edited

If a core document (that is published) is edited, on clicking Save & Close the triangle image (indicating that there are unpublished changes to the core document) should be added to the documents icon. This doesn't happen immediately anymore (it is updated if the user selects another document).

See attached screenshot: info in yellow ribbon is correct, but icon doesn't match.
