Document shows as modified while only the branch was changed

1. Create a project and open a published document in the content perspective
2. Add the document to the project
3. Edit the project branch of the document, save & close
4. Navigate to another document to 'refresh' the tree

Expected: Tree on the left shows the document as live

Actual: Tree icon shows the document has changes

Actual: the document still shows as changed, the project document json also has the state 'changed'
