Dialog windows are not focused when opened

Wicket-based dialogs do not focus themselves automatically. That's an issue when these dialogs are opened from another DOM (e.g. by clicking a button located inside an iframe). In those case the focus remains in the original iframe. As a result, subsequent key presses don't reach Wicket, so (for example) pressing the Escape key does not close the opened dialog.
