Drop dependencies for stax api and implementation (not longer needed since Java 6, duh)

The hippo-cms-project pom provides dependency management and more specifically exclusion management for tika-parsers.
The current verion of tika-parsers (1.3) depends on geronimo-stax-api_1.0_spec, so we also need to exclude that dependency to prevent bundling it downstream.
