Warning about non-supported browsers disappears after page refresh.

Tested on HAP 11.1

Scenario:
1. Open cms in IE 10 (you can use emulating mode of IE10 from IE 11).
2. Go to console login page.=> note that there is warning that this browser is not supported by Hippo.
3. Refresh page.

Expected: Warning still presents on login page.
Current result: There is no warming on the page.
