Overlay position mismatches content after switching Edit/View mode with opened right side panel.

    Description

      Tested on HAP-VE-psp1 branch.

      Scenario:
      1. Go to Hippo Acceptance Project channel -> News
      2. Click Edit content button.
      3. Switch to Edit mode.
      4. Close right side panel.

      Expected behavior: Overlay border should match content.
      Current result: Overlay border mismatches content. See attachment.
