Horizontal scroll bar appears at content with width more than 1280 when right side panel is open.

    Description

      Tested on HAP

      Scenario:
      1. Maximize browser window, refresh the cms page and go to channel perspective.
      2. Go to Hippo Acceptance Project channel -> go to News.
      3. Click Edit Content button.

      Expected behavior: Right side panel is visible. Edit content buttons are visible next to right side panel. No horizontal scroll bar for content.

      Current behavior: Horizontal scroll bar appears for content even that content width is more than 1280 (we expect horizontal scroll bar for width less than 1280). Edit content buttons are hidden by right side panel.
