Position of Edit content buttons is incorrect after switching between Edit and View modes

    Description

      Tested on HAP VE-PSP1 branch.

      Scenario:
      1. Go to Hippo Acceptance Project channel -> News.
      2. Click edit content button.
      3. Click Edit mode than switch back to View mode.
      4. Close right side panel.

      Expected: Edit content buttons are next news document.
      Current result. Edit content buttons are above news document content. See attachment.
