Component-JS code executed in CM context

During the testing of ESSENTIALS-1020, we found that jquey-2.2 (used in CM 4.0) has a bug, which has the effect that when the channel manager reloads a component or container (after updating or moving it), if any re-rendered component renders an in-line <script> tag, that script is executed in the context of the channel manager rather than the context of the site. This is likely to break the desired functionality.

We found that jquery 3.1 (used in CM 4.1) no longer has this problem, so the plan is to upgrade jquery and run a thorough regression test. This issue has been found too late to include a fix in GA, so we're targeting the first maintenance release.
