Message "component is not part of current page" is also shown for components in shared containers

The new component editor in the right side panel shows a message when a user navigates to another page: "Component is not a part of the current page. To see this component navigate to the page it's on.". However, that message is also shown for a component that has been added to a shared container, e.g. a container in the header or the footer. A component is such a container is also shown on the new page, so the message should not be shown.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the 'Hippo Acceptance Project' channel in the HAP
2. Add a component to the 'Top Container'
3. Click the added component to open the component editor in the side panel
4. Navigate to another page in the same channel (e.g. 'Events')

Expected: the message "Component is not a part of the current page" is NOT shown, since the component in the top container is shown for every page in the channel

Actual: the message "Component is not a part of the current page" is shown.
