Make position of the link that returns to the page with edited component fixed

In the scope of the issue CHANNELMGR-2123 a new link was added to the top of the right side panel fields to navigate to the page of a currently edited component. In case of a lot of properties in the panel, the scrollbar appears and it's easy to miss the link upon editing the new property at the bottom of the panel.

Make the navigation link position static so scrolling of the property fields cannot affect its visibility.
