Clean up generated comment by manageContent tag

    Description

      In the generated comment of the manageContent tag the naming of the variables is inconsistent. In HSTTWO-4208 parameterName and hippoBean are introduced, this should be consistently be applied to the variables in the generated comment as well.
      The change of the attribute to "parameterName" also affected the html comment that is written by the tag. The channel manager code for the content button must be adapted so it reads 'parameterName' instead of 'componentParameter'.
