Manage Content button does not show for a new component

    Description

      As a result of CHANNELMGR-1640 components cannot be updated when the container is locked by someone and the user does not own the documentUuid.

      But when a new component is added to a container, the container is locked by the current user, but a documentUuid is not set (yet). As a result the manage content button is not visible.

      Expected: the button is visible when adding a new component
