Revisit styling of overlay

Picking the following left over styling issues:

• Containers should always be visible in edit mode, they should be above components so the dark border covers the border of the component.
• Containers background: 90% opacity on $gray-400
• Empty container has box shadow aswell
• Change edit content/menu button hover color
• Add edit content/menu button 'lifting' effect on focus
