Description
About a year ago we removed an obsolete hst:suffixexclusion from the default hst:host node in the archetype. But... it is back! See https://issues.onehippo.com/browse/ARCHE-320. Can we get rid of it again?
I think it is good to take a very close look at other properties that are set there. For example the hst:defaulthostname. Do we want it there as a default? I don't think so.
I think the hst:prefixexclusions is not functional at all (anymore). Let's get rid of them.
I have no clue about hst:pagenotfound: does it serve any purpose? If it matches a corner case, let's not add it as a default.
