Remove atomikos test dependencies

The atomikos dependencies were required for datanucleus when we were still using JDO, although there are testcases that rely on atomikos to test repository transactionality (TransactionTest). However, these latter are superfluous because Hippo Repository does not add any functionality to Jackrabbit in this area and any such tests should be written against Jackrabbit.
