Document scheduled for publishing does not have cancel option or scheduled label

Steps to reproduce
1) Login as admin/admin on (tested with archetype and Go Green Enterprise)
2) Go to Hippo Go Green /Events and create a new document. Save and close
3) Schedule for publication
Expected: Requests menu with option to cancel, Document/Delete is disabled and the document status is displayed as scheduled in the header.
Actual: Request menu is missing. No option to cancel the publication schedule. Status is displayed as offline and Document/Delete is enabled.
The document is actually published on the scheduled time.
