Account for base version in versions cleaner script

When you now run the script with a retain count of x, afterwards you will still see x+1 versions in the restore version dialog in the CMS. This is because the script discounts the document's base version which cannot be removed.

This means that the script should include the base version in the calculation of how many versions to keep.
