Content migration tool should clean up the orphaned version histories

The content migration tool to migrate content from the pre-7.9 model to the new model introduced in 7.9 also moves the scattered version histories of a document under a single version history. The orphaned version histories that are a consequence of this should be removed during the same process to prevent the version storage from growing to unmanagable size.
