Child axis queries with non existing index number in path fail

      when querying

      /jcr:root/test[3] for example, this fails due to a bug in Jackrabbit, see JCR-3673

      After jackrabbit 2.6.4, we can enable the unit test ChildAxisQueryTests#testNoneExistingSibblingChildAxis
