Scheduled repeating jobs sometimes don't restart after a server restart

Problem is that the hipposched:nextFireTime property is set only after the job store has received notification that the job has completed. So when shutting down in the middle of a job execution that property will not be set. And the hipposched:nextFireTime property is needed to find the next trigger to fire.
