Update security managers to give more detailed status about users' accounts

• The RepositoryUserManager#isActive only indicates if the user is in/active but it does not give more information about whether the user's password is expired or not

Requirements:

• We need to have more information about whether the user's password is expired or not besides what we already can know about the user's account
