hippo-repository-utilities should not pull in jackrabbit-jcr-commons and add just like jackrabbit jcr commons a utility for PropertyIterable and NodeIterable

I need these PropertyIterable and NodeIterable from time to time but also in modules where I do not want a dependency on jackrabbit jcr commons. Since these wrappers are so simple, I include them in our own utilities
