Some wrong event notifications

In our recent tests, we have seen instances where the wrong even notifications are being raised. In other words, wrong event log nodes are created under /hippo:log/...

1) If we create a document by copying an existing published document, we see that the event log node created is "UNPUBLISHED" instead of "CREATED".
2) If we do the same as above by copying an unpublished document, there is no event node created.
