Clean up or disable old initialize items

Now that we reactivate downstream initialize items upon a reload we may run into the situation that those initialize items are already removed from current release of the artifact and are no longer relevant. Currently if this would happen nothing would break but you would see an annoying warning. The best solution would probably be to either disable these obsoleted initialize items or remove them entirely.
