Regression: Errors logged when performing simultaneous scheduled workflow operations

Errors like:
09.11.2012 12:20:22 ERROR [org.hippoecm.repository.jackrabbit.HippoSharedItemStateManager.addHandleIds():160] Could not find parent item

The documents seem to be published/taken offline correctly.

To reproduce (on Go Green test server):

• Schedule about 10 publish and/or depublish operations to be done at the same time
• Wait for the specified time and check the logs.
