Non existing uuid in index on one of the cluster nodes

The situation is as follows:

An existing node was edited on one cluster node. It might have been deleted and re-added. Of the three other nodes in the cluster, two picked up the change correctly, but one didn't. The uuid of the node is wrong (old?) in the index. I've confirmed this by downloading the index and inspecting it with luke.

As of now there is no clear reproduction path, but it seems to happen about once every two weeks.
