It would be useful if it is possible to disable scheduling for some repository nodes in a clustered environment. Scheduling easily causes races between repository nodes, where in the end only one of them will be able to pick up the job.
It would be acceptable to disable the possibility of creating scheduled jobs from these nodes as well.
