Test cases don't need to clean repository anymore because of usage of jr memory storage

A bunch of test cases clean the repository on tear down so that reruns of the test doesn't fail. This is inefficient because the repository needs to be rebootstrapped every time. Now that we have configured the repository with memory persistence for test cases this is no longer necessary.
